NP Krka

The most beautiful karstic river in Croatia, occupies the area between Knin and Skradin, deep canyons are carved in limestone plateaus, among many waterfalls, the most famous are Skradinski Buk and Roski Slap.

Visitors of national park have a possibility to experience unique beauty of nature and plenty cultural monuments in a couple of hours of boat trip on Visovacko jezero Lake. Visovacko jezero is a lake on river Krka in the centre of national park and has a small island with Franciscan monastery.

It was built in 1445. Rich cultural and historical heritage of the convent is exposed in the museum has original historic documents, rare incunabula and other object of historic, artistic and ethnographic value.

NP Kornati

The most indented archipelago on the Mediterranean with 140 uninhabited islands, islets and cliffs - it looks like a labyrinth of rocks and the sea. The Kornati islands are known for their varied unusual forms and extraordinary relief structure, and especially the high cliffs. It is also a very popular destination among the sailors, there is a marina Piskera in the national park and eight other marinas nearby.

The land part of Kornati National Park covers less than 1/4 of its total area, but the values of its landscapes, the "crowns" (cliffs) on the islands facing the open sea, and interesting relief structures, make this part of Kornati National Park unique. Besides, the Kornati submarine area, whose biocenosis are considered to be the richest in the Adriatic Sea.

PP Vransko jezero

As one of the rare, almost virgin natural habitats of water birds, with springs of drinking water and the area of rich phenomena and bio-varieties Lake of Vrana with the surroundings was pronounced Nature Park on July 21, 1999. The park boundary stretches between Pirovac and Pakostan.

The park has the surface of 57 km², and the greatest part of 30,2 km² belongs to Lake of Vrana, which lies in the direction northwest-southeast and stretching in line with the seacoast, which is sometimes less than a kilometer away. The dominant feature of the Park is the Special ornithological reserve, which received that status back in 1983 and was included in the list of Important Bird Areas in Europe thanks to its well-preserved great reeds on the northwestern part of the lake.
